Strength and Conditioning Training

Optimal Movement provides a 6-week rolling programme of strength and conditioning training designed to improve your athletic performance and fitness. Whether you're looking for gains in the gym, or improved performance for a particular race or event, we can help.

Delivered via a free app, the six-week training programme is suitable for all levels of athlete across a wide range of disciplines. 

The Programme

The programme consists of 4 sessions per week:

  • x2 upper body sessions​​

  • x2​ lower body sessions
